Tennis Camp Massachusetts

World Sports Camp – Coaches

The WSC Tennis coaches are passionate about the game and teaching others. Coaches have been successful players (both domestic and abroad) or highly-skilled college athletes, some of whom have started their own club teams and organizations. During our week long coach’s orientation, the WSC Coaches are trained under the WSC philosophy to ensure that each and every athlete leaves camp with improved skills and new friendships.

The World Sports Camp Courts

WSC offers twelve har – tru tennis courts, made by the same company that built the U.S. Open courts in Flushing, New York. Our courts allow for a great number of athletes to participate in our tennis program without worrying about the amount of space available. This past summer two large pavilions were added for additional shade at the center of the courts, to allow our athletes to relax and cool off before continuing to train.

Tennis – League

After a day of practice, athletes will have the opportunity to utilize their new skills in our WSC Tennis League. The league consists of matches that are assigned and monitored by the WSC coaches, including a championship round Friday evening. The WSC Tennis League allows athletes to play in an actual game setting that encourages competitiveness in a constructive environment. Our coaches match athletes by ability. The purpose of league is to help athletes develop their skills in a game situation with real game pressure.
